President Donald Trump stated on Wednesday that he intends to sue Facebook, Twitter, and Google, claiming that they have wrongfully restricted his accounts on their platforms.
Trump will be the lead plaintiff in the class action complaint, which was originally reported by The Associated Press, and will demand that Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, and Google CEO Sundar Pichai reinstate his accounts and privileges on their respective platforms. The social media networks who blamed their restrictions on the pro-Trump rally at of the US Capitol on January 6, which they falsely claim was instigated by Trump. As someone who was at the event, I in no way ever heard the President tell his supporters to instigate violence. We were told to PEACEFULLY march to the Capitol in order to give Republican lawmakers support and encouragement to do the right thing. Most of the people who attended were well aware that paid agitators like ANTIFA were planning on being there dressed up like Trump supporters and who would incite violence. It’s not too hard to spot them in the crowd.
Like Trump there is zero doubt in my mind that the election was stolen, and massive voter fraud was committed by the left. Which will soon be exposed once the audits are finished and we will put the rightful winner back into office.
“Today, as the lead class representative, I am launching a huge class-action lawsuit against the big digital titans, including Facebook, Google, and Twitter, as well as their CEOs, Sundar Pichai, Mark Zuckerberg, and Jack Dorsey, in accordance with the America first policy. “Three really wonderful gentlemen,” Trump stated. “We are asking the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York to put an end to social media companies’ illegal and disgusting censorship of the American people, which is exactly what they are doing.”
WATCH:
Trump’s announcement comes only days after his senior aide Jason Miller announced the establishment of GETTR, an alternative social networking platform. The site, according to Miller, is a “marketplace of ideas” where conservatives will not be censored.
In early June, Facebook examined Trump’s restriction on its site and announced that the block will last two years, ending on January 7, 2023. The duration of Trump’s ban has not been specified by Twitter, although it is assumed to be unlimited.
In a statement released in June, Facebook said, “We are today disclosing new enforcement protocols to be utilized in unusual circumstances like this, and we are confirming the time-bound punishment consistent with those protocols that we are applying to Mr. Trump’s accounts.” “Given the seriousness of the circumstances that led to Mr. Trump’s suspension, we think his actions constituted a serious violation of our rules, deserving of the harshest penalty available under the new enforcement protocols.”
“Effective from the date of the original suspension on January 7 this year, we are suspending his accounts for two years,” it stated.
If Facebook wants to use “Domestic Terrorism” as a reason to prohibit conservative free speech while allowing violent hate groups like ANTIFA and BLM to use their platforms. These groups instigate violence, murder police officers, and engage in looting, burning, and rioting. We should absolutely sue them in court. Thank you, President Trump for standing up and defending Americans right to free and uncensored speech.
Would you please add my name to the lengthy list of patriots and truth seekers who have been silenced for speaking the truth and exposing the crimes of the Deep State criminals.
